This multi-faceted artist made her introduction to the music scene in 2009 with the release her debut single, “Until”. Chandra - also known as Chach, was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and is a triple threat when it comes to her music. This singer, songwriter, producer combines catchy melodies with a soul, house, R&B vibe that will linger on and leave you wanting more. Her music has received international airplay, with multiple top 10 singles on DJ charts across the globe.
Chandra, raised an only child found her love of music early on; digging through her parents’ diverse record collection. This helped shape her into the versatile artist she is today. “Creativity holds no boundaries” she says, and writes in a multitude of genres and styles. While her release comes in the form of her lyrics as a vehicle for escape and a way to tell her story, it also comes from the satisfaction of filling a dance floor. “ I love music, and I love that feeling you get from a great track," that’s what I want to create.” says Chandra who started out singing at local bars until she was introduced to a producer who recorded her first song and sparked the beginning of a career in music.
Since 2009 Chandra has released 10 singles to date, with collaborations and remixes by some of the world’s top House DJ’s, Jason B, Hi Definition, Tricky Moreira, Ron Allen, Dino & Terry as well as International recording artist, Snow. After a segue into film and television, Chandra is back with an upcoming EP release, and can be seen on stages across the country with her sold out show alongside her band “The Get Down”. There is much to anticipate from this artist in 2025 and beyond.
